  • Will the event be translated?
    Yes, the event will be held in English and there will be simultaneous translations into German and Spanish. Other languages may be added depending on attendance.
  • Do I need to bring my headphones?
    Yes, you need to bring your earphones and your smartphone so you can access to the simultaneous translation.
  • How can I buy the tickets?
    You can buy your tickets by clicking here: ‘Get the tickets now’. No tickets will be sold at the event. Please, remember that having the ticket is mandatory to enter to the event. A person without a ticket will not enter into the event.
  • Do I need to print my tickets?
    No. As part of our 4Life Green policy and our compromise on reducing paper wasting, we accept the ticket confirmation in a digital format. You can present your tickets digitally in your device. After purchasing your ticket(s), you will receive it/them via email. Please remember that each ticket is unique and exclusive. If you haven't received the email with your tickets within 48 hours of your purchase, please reach out to Customer service for assistance.
  • I need an invoice for the purchase of my ticket(s), how can I get it?
    You can download the invoice of your purchase by logging into your 4Life account dashboard, go to ¨Reports¨and find it in ¨Order History¨.
  • How many tickets may I buy?
    You can buy a maximum of 2 tickets per ID. If you buy 2 tickets, a mail will be sent to you after your purchase asking you to fulfill the data of your companion.
  • Do I need to log in my country of residency to buy the tickets?
    No, since the event will take place in Switzerland, the ticket sales are held in the website of this country. Please, don’t change the country website to avoid paying taxes that don’t correspond.
  • Can I buy products along with my tickets?
    No, products cannot be purchased with the ticket.
