The mission of AAI is to improve global well-being by advancing the immunological sciences and supporting scientists with the dissemination of knowledge and late-breaking inquiry. To become a member of AAI, an applicant must apply for admission and be approved by the AAI membership committee and the council. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. in immunology or a related discipline and be an author of at least one reputable peer-reviewed journal article in English.
